Whoever thought this up. Genius. Easy to use on multiple pots and pans. This keeps you from burning yourself. My only suggestion is that they make the sieve piece a bit wider as it would keep pieces from falling out. Although this isn't an issue if you are careful but I it would help. As a busy mom it is hard not to get distracted. But brilliant because you don't need to try to hold the pot handle, and a lid to drain when you don't want to dump it out of that pot.
